Vista Higher Learning, Inc. is seeking an experienced NetSuite Systems Administrator to lead our transition from Microsoft Great Plains to NetSuite.

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting, computer science or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
• Experience leading one to two full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and core Finance processes.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, roles and permissions, MCP, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and user administration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary internal NetSuite Systems Administrator and SME.
• Support 9–12 month NetSuite implementation from requirements through go-live and stabilization.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and external consultants to transition from Great Plains to NetSuite.
• Design, test, and maintain NetSuite integrations with Salesforce CRM and Magento/Adobe Commerce.
• Configure NetSuite capabilities: Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, AR/AP, Revenue Recognition, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, saved searches, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain SuiteAnalytics workbook reports, saved searches, dashboards, and month-end close reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations, governance, and process improvements.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.
