Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks a Senior NetSuite Implementation Consultant to lead diverse workstreams and drive project success across industries. You will oversee discovery, configuration, data migration, and end-user training to enable NetSuite adoption.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years with NetSuite, strong problem-solving, and experience driving process improvements in a remote-first environment across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3+ years working with NetSuite (implementation or as an end user).
• Curiosity and ability to independently problem-solve using available resources, AI tools, etc.
• Understanding of business process improvement and ability to apply leading practices to drive efficiencies.
• Humility to expand efforts within an engagement and take on project responsibilities as needed.
• Commitment to hitting major project milestones and proactive communication/escalation when blockers occur.
• Proactive outreach to project team members on work status and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions for dedicated workstreams to capture requirements.
• Drive end-to-end NetSuite implementation and configuration with third-party integrations.
• Perform testing to ensure configurations meet client needs.
• Drive data transformation, migration, and integration to NetSuite.
