Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is a premier management consulting firm delivering NetSuite ERP implementations across industries. We seek a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end NetSuite projects and ensure client success from discovery to deployment.

You will manage scope, risk, and governance while guiding teams and executives. The role emphasizes strategic consulting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first U.S. or Canada-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of professional consulting experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on NetSuite implementations.
• Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy.
• Willingness to dive into the weeds on a project, by supporting team members and/or driving system/process development.
• Ability to drive the team to hit milestones, including addressing employee performance or issues that could arise during the engagement.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Management: Drive full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a deep focus on long-term client success and satisfaction.
• Project/Risk Management: Manage escalations, maintain RAID logs, and develop robust risk mitigation plans.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee delivery team activities, align all process and system configuration to project goals, and provide final sign-off on key deliverables.
