The Senior Manager role focuses on translating business requirements into technical specifications, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, cost-efficient system architectures. This position supports a hybrid, client-facing model with expansive professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in NetSuite modules, leading engagements and pursuits.
• Experience designing and optimizing end-to-end NetSuite processes including SuiteFinancials, SuitePeople, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteProjects, and related modules.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external teams as a leader and individual contributor.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead SaaS implementations and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Lead and support pursuit and proposal activity.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
