Job summary

Oasis Solutions in the United States seeks a Principal NetSuite Consultant to lead complex ERP implementations, advise client leadership, and mentor other consultants. This senior, client-facing role requires hands-on NetSuite experience and ownership from discovery to go-live.

You will guide multiple engagements, configure NetSuite modules, and collaborate with executives to design scalable solutions. This fully remote position supports travel within Eastern and Central time zones when needed.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of ERP consulting or related experience.
• Direct NetSuite functional consulting and configuration experience.
• Experience delivering 7–10 full-cycle NetSuite implementations as functional lead.
• Proven ability to lead multiple client projects concurrently.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory.
• Experience configuring workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, roles, permissions, custom fields, and other native NetSuite functionality.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within Eastern and Central U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Own functional architecture and delivery for multiple client engagements.
• Lead executive and stakeholder conversations on requirements, status, risks, and scope.
• Design scalable NetSuite solutions using native functionality and configuration.
• Provide functional leadership across financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and more.
• Serve as subject matter expert in NetSuite modules and processes.
• Translate requirements into functional designs for technical teams.
• Lead client workshops, demonstrations, testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Oversee data-migration planning, validation, and cutover readiness.
• Monitor scope, profitability, deliverables, risks, and client expectations with leadership.
• Review configurations and deliverables for quality and alignment with requirements.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and others through project guidance and feedback.
• Support complex managed-services and post-go-live issues requiring senior analysis.
• Contribute to sales engineering and scoping when needed.
• Meet billable-hour and utilization targets while ensuring client service quality.
