Job summary

Cologix, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, seeks a NetSuite Developer to build and enhance NetSuite customizations and integrations for essential corporate systems. You will work with a team of developers to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions, applying strong SuiteScript and JavaScript skills and standard software engineering practices.

You will be part of an internal systems software engineering team, contributing to design decisions, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of professional software development with NetSuite development.
Strong JavaScript development skills and experience with design, debugging, testing, source control, and release workflows.
Experience with SuiteScript 2.1/2.x; familiarity with 1.0 is a plus.
Experience with NetSuite script types: User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, Suitelet, Workflow Action.
Experience building and consuming REST-based integrations including NetSuite REST services.
Knowledge of NetSuite records, saved searches, SuiteQL, roles and permissions, governance, and performance best practices.
Experience with SDF, SuiteCloud CLI or deployment tooling, and Git-based source control.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams; knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer certification or relevant certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a 100% remote North American team.
Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations, integrations, and automation.
Design and build enhancements meeting business needs while ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
Partner with stakeholders and engineers to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions.
Apply agile development practices to plan, estimate, and deliver work.
Participate in peer code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
Contribute in project meetings, raising risks and improvement opportunities.
Improve development processes, tooling, release practices, and support procedures.
Troubleshoot issues and implement durable fixes across the lifecycle.
