Bryant Park Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant - SuiteCloud to lead end-to-end NetSuite customizations and data integrations as part of client digital transformation initiatives.

You will provide technical leadership, architect solutions, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions to translate business requirements into scalable SuiteCloud designs using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript and SuiteTalk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of hands‑on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 6+ full life cycle implementations.
• NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - SuiteCloud Developer I, II.
• Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills.

• Serve as lead or supporting technical consultant on end-to-end NetSuite scripted customizations and data integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture advisory based on NetSuite experience.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs using SuiteCloud tools.
• Lead technical process mapping/reengineering and future state design for integrations and customizations.
• Draft technical design documents for review and approval by Client.
• Lead UAT and SIT testing and knowledge transfer activities.
• Lead data migration strategy and related technical specifications.

What you will do

As a Senior Consultant - SuiteCloud with Bryant Park Consulting you will be responsible for serving as lead or supporting technical consultant on end-to-end implementations of NetSuite scripted customizations and data integrations for our Clients within the context of their overall digital transformation initiatives. Client stakeholders and other consultants on the team will look up to you for technical leadership and systems architecture advisory based on your extensive technical NetSuite and business systems transformation experience.

• Be proactive and serve as the Client’s advocate during engagements
• Collaborate with functional counterparts to deliver custom solutions to meet Client requirements
• Translate complex business requirements and processes into technical designs
• Lead technical process mapping/reengineering and future state technical design for integrations and customizations
• Challenge client and other project team members on requirements definition and ensure technical approach aligns to leading practices
• Draft technical design documents for review and approval by Client
• Lead Technical activities in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Systems Interface Testing (SIT)
• Lead System Administrator Knowledge Transfer and Enablement planning and execution activities
• Define data conversion/migration strategy and related technical specifications and lead data migration activities
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to Clients post go-live as needed
• Lead and/or support technical project management activities such as status meetings, planning, and change control
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in all areas as required by customer engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• 3+ years of hands‑on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience, 6+ full life cycle implementations
• NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - SuiteCloud Developer I, II
• Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills
• Ability to successfully manage client and team interactions, and communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences
• Capable of designing end‑to‑end solutions with SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment
• Eagerness to mentor junior staff
• Git / SDF experience
• React / Node JS experience (not mandatory)

Salary Range

AUD 133,000 - 162,000

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
