Job summary

Novelance is seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant to own the functional success of NetSuite engagements end-to-end—from discovery and design through configuration, testing, go-live, and optimization. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions and advise leadership with authority.

This is a senior, client-facing role; you will lead full-cycle implementations, run workshops, and mentor others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Deep functional command of core NetSuite processes.
• Ability to run sessions independently and produce design docs.
• Strong consulting presence with senior client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript/SuiteFlow/SuiteTalk; hands-on coding not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Run workshops with client stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Design and configure NetSuite to fit business and regulatory needs.
• Advise leadership with NetSuite leading practices and pragmatic judgment.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Own data migration and validation from a functional standpoint.
• Lead UAT, drive user adoption, and support post-go-live optimization.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to delivery methodology.
