Job summary

Barrett Firearms is seeking a NetSuite Administrator/Engineer to drive ERP administration, optimization, and implementation across North America. You will work with CRM, HRIS, EDW, and BI tools to ensure a seamless enterprise systems environment.

You will report to the Director of IT and collaborate with global teams to improve systems, support users, and develop documentation and compliance. This role is fully onsite in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience administering all facets of NetSuite ERP in a customer-facing technology support role.
• Proven experience developing and managing data integrations, dashboards, and data quality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform, including modules, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and integrations.
• Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator, providing advanced troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancement recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support integrations between NetSuite, CRM, HRIS, EDW, BI, and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient business processes.
• Design, test, validate, and deploy NetSuite enhancements, patches, and module rollouts while following change management best practices.
• Create and maintain training documentation and the Learning Hub, delivering training that drives user adoption and system proficiency.
• Monitor system performance, resilience, compliance, and governance while identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with global IT teams and external vendors to support ERP initiatives, cross-regional harmonization, and enterprise-wide business systems success.
