Job summary

Barrett Firearms, part of the NIOA Group, seeks a NetSuite Administrator/Engineer to drive ERP administration, enhancements, and integrations across North America. You’ll work with CRM, HRIS, EDW, and BI tools to ensure a cohesive enterprise systems environment and user support.

You will report to the Director of IT and collaborate with global teams to implement scalable solutions, provide training, and optimize processes in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience administering all facets of NetSuite ERP in a customer-facing technology support role.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.
• Maintain eligibility to work with firearms under state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform, including modules, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and integrations.
• Serve as the primary NetSuite Administrator, providing advanced troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancement recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support integrations between NetSuite, CRM, HRIS, EDW, BI, and other enterprise systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient business processes.
• Design, test, validate, and deploy NetSuite enhancements, patches, and module rollouts while following change management best practices.
• Create and maintain training documentation and the Learning Hub, delivering training that drives user adoption and system proficiency.
• Monitor system performance, resilience, compliance, and governance while identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with global IT teams and external vendors to support ERP initiatives, cross-regional harmonization, and enterprise-wide business systems success.
