Job summary

Synoptek is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to administer and support the NetSuite ERP platform for a 12-month staff augmentation engagement in Glendale, CA. You will manage users, roles, permissions, security configurations, and customizations, while ensuring reliable system performance and data integrity.

The role requires hands-on NetSuite administration, configuration expertise, and the ability to collaborate with business teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years ERP or enterprise application experience.
Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, SuiteScript 2.x, integrations, security, workflows, reporting, troubleshooting, and ERP processes.
Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, RESTlets, Sandbox, Release Preview, and SDF.

Responsibilities

Administer and provide technical support for the NetSuite ERP platform.
Manage users, roles, permissions, access controls, authentication, and security configurations.
Configure custom fields, forms, records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and SuiteAnalytics.
Troubleshoot NetSuite configuration, customizations, integrations, workflows, scripts, and production issues.
Support and troubleshoot SuiteScript 2.x including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.
Support integrations using REST/SOAP Web Services, RESTlets, SuiteTalk, APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
Monitor integrations, script execution, scheduled processes, system logs, and platform performance.
Partner with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
Support ERP processes including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Purchasing, and Record-to-Report.
Support releases, sandbox refreshes, testing, deployments, upgrades, and production changes.
