Job summary

Total Force Alliance, LLC is seeking a Journeyman NetOps Engineer to join our Federal IT operations team in Tampa, FL. You will manage day-to-day routing and switching, monitor network performance, and troubleshoot complex protocols.

The ideal candidate holds DoD 8140 IAT Level II, CCNA, a HS Diploma and at least five years of experience, and possesses a Secret clearance. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification.
CCNA.
HS Diploma and 5+ years of experience.
Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day routing and switching support with Cisco Routers and Switches.
Troubleshoot routing protocols and end-to-end network performance across LAN, WAN and CAN.
Cross-train and support SATCOM, Voice, VDI/Virtualization.
Adhere to DoD policies, cybersecurity standards and best practices.
Document outages and changes using ticketing systems.
Provide technical resolution for a wide range of network issues.
Support 24x7 Network Operations including 12 hour shifts as required.
