The role requires a CFP designation, 10+ years of experience, and strong communication skills. Hybrid office schedule with remote options; bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing capacity.
• CFP designation and strong educational background.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication; manages multiple complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative solutions to financial advisors on high net worth planning, including tax, estate, and business planning.
• Research and apply technology to address complex planning issues and present solutions.
• Review and summarize estate planning and governance documents.
• Distill complex planning strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors.
• Identify industry developments and inform strategic direction.
• Deliver presentations at conferences, webinars, and trainings.
• Mentor colleagues to develop financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
