Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5+ years of full-stack web development with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Experience designing and developing microservices architectures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and RESTful API development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
• Experience containerizing applications using Docker/OpenShift.
• Strong understanding of OWASP security standards and secure coding practices.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust background investigation

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development of the modernized, microservices-based application.
• Architect modular code with high test coverage and low defects.
• Maintain SonarQube quality gates and zero critical vulnerabilities.
• Develop all major modules: Incident, Activity, Canine, Tracing, Analytics, Admin, Search, Help.
• Ensure responsive design across desktop, mobile, and tablet.
• Integrate third-party interfaces with FedRAMP-approved modules.
• Enforce DevSecOps practices across the lifecycle and CI/CD security scanning.
• Maintain 100% Git traceability and approved deployment pipelines.
• Achieve 99.9% uptime and MTTR <1 hour for incidents.
• Mentor junior devs and perform code reviews per ATF standards.
• Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies and sprint planning.
