Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Application Developer III to build web-based applications using MVC, C#, React, and WebAPI.

The role includes enhancing existing systems, developing new features, and collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into reliable software. The candidate should have at least six years of .NET experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of .NET web application development experience.
• Experience with MVC, C#, React, WebAPI, and SQL databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.
• Ability to estimate tasks and design effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop web-based applications to streamline internal processes.
• Enhance legacy applications, extend functionality and develop new features.
• Perform unit testing and end-to-end validation in development environments.
• Follow predefined development standards for naming conventions and UI.
• Complete tasks on time and provide accurate estimates for work.
• Provide technical guidance to other developers on the team.
• Collaborate with users or Business Analysts to determine requirements.
