Job summary

Creatio, an AI CRM and workflow platform, seeks a passionate .NET Technical Lead for the Marketing area in Boston. You will lead architectural design, build robust back-end and front-end features, and ensure reliable operation of the AI-native marketing suite.

You will mentor developers, drive best practices, and collaborate with product managers to align technical work with business goals. The role requires 6+ years in .NET and strong leadership experience, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall programming experience focusing on .Net.
• At least 3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, KISS, SOLID, DRY principles.
• C# language and modern .NET platform (.NET6+).
• ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, development of Web APIs, containerized services.
• Source control systems like Git, SVN, experience with branch, merge, rebase.
• Unit testing, mocking, NUnit, Mock, Postman.
• English level - Upper–Intermediate or higher (spoken and business writing).
• Experience with databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Oracle) is a plus.
• Nice to have: JavaScript, TypeScript, DOM, CSS/SASS; UI styling per prototype.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes with the system architect and team.
• Build, test, and debug high-quality back-end and front-end code.
• Support product operation by addressing customer cases and ensuring system reliability.
• Continuously monitor and optimize development processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Drive adoption of innovative tools, standards, and best practices in software development.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
• Conduct technical interviews, mentor developers, and facilitate onboarding and growth.
