Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Active Public Trust clearance.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, supporting, or modernizing enterprise technology solutions.
• 3+ years as Technical Lead, SME, Solutions Lead, or similar role guiding technical direction and influencing business outcomes.
• Experience evaluating business requirements, identifying risks, and recommending technology solutions aligned with goals.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, networking, security, and data flow.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate technology investments, modernization opportunities, and business priorities.
• Assess technical and business impacts of proposed solutions and recommend the most effective path forward.
• Develop architecture recommendations, technical strategies, white papers, and executive briefings.
• Guide cross-functional teams through solution design, integration planning, and technology decision-making.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Evaluate vendor offerings, implementation approaches, and platform capabilities to reduce risk and maximize value.
• Identify opportunities to modernize applications, improve processes, and streamline operations through technology.
• Provide technical leadership across application, integration, infrastructure, security, and data initiatives.
