Job summary

iSpace, Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Lead Developer to drive enterprise application delivery with hands-on technical leadership. You will coordinate onshore and offshore teams across time zones, design and implement scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with architectural standards.

You will mentor engineers, review code for security and quality, and translate business needs into technical tasks. A strong background in C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server is required, with experience in REST/SOAP

Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience using C# and ASP.NET.
Proven experience serving as a Technical Lead on enterprise application projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore development teams across multiple time zones.
Provide technical leadership, workload planning, task assignment, and delivery oversight.
Design, develop, test, and support enterprise-scale web and desktop applications.
Review code and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with architecture, security, and quality standards.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and development tasks.
Partner with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Serve as the primary escalation point for technical and delivery-related issues.
Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and enterprise services.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
Create technical documentation, architectural artifacts, and user guides.
Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and release activities.
