Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with strong engineering foundations.
• 8+ years hands-on design and development of .NET apps using SQL Server.
• 2+ years practical experience with Azure cloud technologies.
• Hands-on with Azure PaaS components (Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure AD, App Services).
• Ability to build end-to-end apps across UI, API, and DB layers.
• Experience with .NET Core/ASP.NET and C#; Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level design, development, consultation, and support for enterprise apps on .NET and relational databases.
• Act as technical guide for evaluating and testing new technologies; mentor team members onshore and offshore.
• Lead design and code reviews; provide technical leadership and training.
• Collaborate with BA, QA, Architecture, and PM to ensure aligned software delivery.
• Participate in estimation, planning, risk assessment, and define technical vision.
• Maintain knowledge across languages, frameworks, tools, and platforms; adapt to new tech.
• Assign tasks, direct work, and ensure successful project delivery; report progress to management.
• Propose process improvements and scope adjustments; adhere to standard methodologies and agile practices.
• Lead standups and promote agile best practices.
