Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Tech Lead (.NET) to guide our engineering team, shape technical vision, and deliver complex back-end solutions. You will mentor engineers across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA, while hands-on coding and defining architecture.

Fluent English and strong leadership are essential as you orchestrate API governance, performance tuning, and seamless system integration in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer in production environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server; DB design, optimization, performance tuning.
• Experience designing and maintaining SOAP/REST services, including XML serialization.
• Excellent communication in multicultural, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical direction, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• Oversee SOAP and REST API governance, versioning, security, and best practices.
• Ensure system reliability and scalability through testing standards, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering excellence and continuous learning.
• Oversee integration of legacy and modern systems with emphasis on performance and decoupling.
• Drive CI/CD strategy and automated pipelines to boost deployment velocity and safety.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-border teams to map Business requirements to scalable tech roadmaps.
