Syms Strategic Group (SSG) seeks a Senior Software Systems Engineer (.Net Developer) to join our remote team. You will design and implement .NET back-end services, APIs, and data models, collaborating with stakeholders and QA.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, code quality, and performance in a highly dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has five+ years of .NET development experience, strong C#, MVC, RESTful APIs, and cloud familiarity.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies.
• Strong understanding of C# and .Net framework/Core.
• Experience with MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, test planning and execution for software systems.
• Develop full-stack .Net back-end using C#, implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in Agile teams; participate in daily stand-ups and code reviews.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
