Job summary

Knowledge Builders Inc. seeks an experienced lead developer to drive backend solutions and mentor teams on complex .NET/Web projects. You will implement C# and ASP.NET/MVC applications, work with Oracle databases, and ensure secure, scalable delivery.

Responsibilities include SDLC execution, debugging production issues, and collaboration with IT to support CNET/REMS refactoring and related initiatives.

Qualifications

• 108+ months lead developer on large projects with design, deployment, and security responsibilities.
• 108+ months using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex n-tier web apps with C#, ASP.NET/MVC, .NET Core.
• 96+ months building HTML/XML/JSON/AJAX/JavaScript/jQuery/Bootstrap/CSS web interfaces.
• 96+ months with Oracle 11G+, PL/SQL, stored procedures and performance tuning.
• 96+ months developing HTML reports and Crystal Reports in .NET environments.
• 84+ months documenting technical requirements and translating business needs into code.
• 60+ months using TFS/Azure DevOps or GitLab for source control.
• 48+ months developing accessible web apps (WCAG 2.0).
• 36+ months designing apps handling HIPAA PHI data.

Responsibilities

• Execute full SDLC for backend processing systems.
• Write code in Visual Studio using MVC, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML.
• Create/modify Oracle tables, indexes, and PL/SQL procedures.
• Diagnose reports, data issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor programmers and coordinate with state and consultant teams.
• Use GitLab or Azure DevOps for source control and branching.
• Handle incidents via ITSM and coordinate with ITS groups.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in bridge calls.
• Report status to supervisor.
