Advanced Tech Placement is seeking a Senior .NET/SQL Server Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise payroll applications. This role partners with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensure production stability.

You will leverage C#, the .NET framework, and SQL Server to optimize queries, stored procedures, and data models while participating in all SDLC phases from requirements through deployment.

Qualifications

This role involves supporting the development and enhancement of enterprise applications within a payroll-focused environment. The individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications while partnering closely with technical teams to deliver new functionality and support ongoing project initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintainenterprise applications.
• Build, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and the Microsoft .NET framework.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
• Design and develop back-end application components.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide effective long-term solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following established development standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• 7 years of hands-on software development experience.
