Western Alliance Bank in Phoenix, AZ / Dallas, TX seeks a senior .NET Solutions Architect to lead the design, delivery, and modernization of enterprise banking platforms.

You will own end-to-end architecture across .NET, Angular, Python, and Azure, guide offshore teams, implement integration patterns, and ensure security and regulatory compliance while collaborating with stakeholders across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architecture or delivery-lead experience in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on in .NET/C#, Angular, Python, and Azure Cloud across enterprise apps.
• Experience leading offshore/distributed teams and modern integration patterns.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery for enterprise banking applications.
• Translate lending/finance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture across .NET, Angular, Python, Azure.
• Guide coding standards, design patterns, and quality frameworks.
• Provide oversight for modernization, API development, cloud migration, and integrations.
• Manage delivery activities, sprint planning, estimation, and releases.
• Evaluate new technologies, ensure compliance with security/regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
• Produce architectural roadmaps and recommendations for leadership.
