Job summary

Delaware Department of Technology and Information is seeking a skilled software developer to drive the full software development lifecycle for complex government systems. You will plan, code, test, and document solutions while evaluating user requests and performing feasibility studies.

The role also requires monitoring system performance to ensure reliability. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of IT experience, with 2 years in .NET and web-based solutions, plus knowledge of Scrum and Agile

Qualifications

At least 3 years of IT experience in software development and 2 years with .NET technologies and web-based solutions.
Knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile SDLC required.

Responsibilities

Own full software development lifecycle: planning, coding, testing, and documentation.
Evaluate user requests and perform feasibility research.
Monitor system performance.
