Job summary

BDR Solutions, LLC is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and maintain secure intranet and restricted web applications using C#, .NET Core, Blazor, Razor Pages, and front-end frameworks like React or TypeScript. You will integrate REST APIs, manage SQL Server data, and ensure secure coding practices.

The role requires 8+ years with a BS/BA and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; 12 years of experience with a high school diploma.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining web applications using C# and .NET 8+/ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with modern front-end web development, including JavaScript and/or TypeScript, component-based application design, state management, and integration with RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases, including developing and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, table and column definitions, and other database objects.
• Experience designing and maintaining applications within an established architecture, including use of shared development patterns, reusable components and services, appropriate service boundaries, and maintainable database access patterns.
• Ability to troubleshoot full-stack application issues across UI, application/API, database, and hosting environment; identify root causes; and evaluate impact of changes.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows, including branching, merge/pull requests, resolving merge conflicts, peer code review, and automated build or test processes.
• Demonstrated ability to independently carry development tasks from requirements clarification through implementation, testing, code review, remediation of feedback, and completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proactively identify and communicate technical questions, blockers, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Ability to document technical decisions and share knowledge with other developers and project team members.
• Experience developing secure web applications and applying secure coding practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools while maintaining responsibility for reviewing, validating, testing, and understanding generated code.
• Must be U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities
