Job summary

Applied Information Sciences seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join our team for a federal client in Washington, DC. You will contribute to secure web applications using the .NET stack and React, delivering integrated backend, frontend, and cloud solutions.

You will design, develop, test, and deploy features, lead code reviews, and collaborate with clients while applying best practices in security and performance. This role requires hands-on full-stack expertise and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET framework.
• Experience building front-end with React and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack features using C#, ASP.NET, EF, SQL Server, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build responsive UIs with React and modern UI practices.
• Develop scalable, secure backend components and APIs to support functionality.
