HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Technical Lead with 9–12 years of experience to drive end-to-end web applications and microservices using Microsoft technologies. You’ll lead a team of 10+ with direct client and offshore collaboration, using .NET, React, Azure, and modern CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of experience developing web apps and microservices with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong expertise in .NET, C#, MVC, WebAPI, and .NET Core.
• ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 experience.
• Azure application development, maintenance, security, and troubleshooting.
• Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management knowledge.
• MS SQL/Azure SQL and NoSQL databases experience.
• Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines familiarity.
• UI testing and unit testing with MS Test, xUnit, Jest, and Mocha.
• Strong OOP, SOLID, and design pattern understanding.
• Experience with Microservices and N-tier architectures.
• Leadership of 10+ associates; client/offshore collaboration.
• Onsite client interaction experience; Agile/Scrum exposure.
• Customer-service orientation with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications and microservices using Microsoft technologies.
• Design and develop applications with .NET, C#, MVC, WebAPI, and .NET Core.
• Build front-end apps using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and implement security practices for Azure-based apps.
• Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Design and work with Microservices and N-tier architectures.
• Manage databases including MSSQL, Azure SQL, and NoSQL.
• Utilize Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform UI and unit testing with MS Test, xUnit, Jest, Mocha.
• Apply OOP, SOLID, and design patterns; provide technical recommendations.
• Lead code reviews and drive best practices.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Work in Agile environments, preferably Scrum.
