Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and modernize enterprise healthcare payer applications. You will work with .NET, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, Angular, microservices, and Azure to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams across remote US setups, ensuring compliance with healthcare security and privacy standards while driving modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of software development experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with Node.js and RESTful API development.
• Experience developing front-end applications using React and Angular.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, deployment, monitoring, and scalability practices.
• Understanding of healthcare payer operations including eligibility, benefits, claims adjudication, and provider management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
