Job summary

Acentra Health seeks a Senior Developer to join our growing team, designing, enhancing, and supporting complex enterprise applications across a diverse stack including legacy .NET, .NET Core microservices, and Angular front ends. You will contribute to modernization and performance improvements while ensuring reliability across systems.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, production support, and collaboration with cloud and infrastructure teams. Remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, legacy ASPX, Entity Framework, and .NET Core.
• Proven experience developing full‑stack applications with Angular.
• Hands‑on experience across the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release processes (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Relational databases experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS) for troubleshooting deployment issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, troubleshooting, and enhancement of enterprise .NET applications including legacy ASPX and .NET Core microservices.
• Provide advanced production support including triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution across web, mobile, distributed jobs, and cloud environments.
• Drive modernization, performance, and reliability improvements while maintaining stability across legacy and modern stacks.
• Design and develop scalable full‑stack solutions using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Angular, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with QA, operations, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, resilient solutions.
• Possess working knowledge of AWS to troubleshoot issues and coordinate deployments with infrastructure.
