Job summary

Motion Recruitment in Boston seeks a Senior Developer to contribute to a flagship SaaS analytics platform. The role focuses on building scalable, high-performance C#/.NET applications and modern Angular front-ends in a cloud-based environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of C#/.NET experience, Angular 14+ skills, and a background in multi-tenant SaaS, cloud-native development (AWS or Azure), and distributed systems. Hybrid work supported with in-office presence in Downtown Crossing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in C#/.NET development.
• Hands-on front-end experience with Angular 14+ and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and supporting multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native development using AWS or Azure.
• Background building distributed systems, APIs, and highly available web apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new full-stack functionality across a large-scale cloud-based analytics platform - 35%.
• Engineer scalable backend services and API-driven components - 25%.
• Create and enhance rich user experiences using modern Angular frameworks - 20%.
• Drive improvements in system resilience, cloud scalability, and performance - 10%.
• Contribute to technical planning, architectural decisions, and peer reviews - 10%.
