Baker Donelson is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join our Information Technology team in Charlotte, NC. You will design, develop and maintain scalable .NET applications in collaboration with stakeholders and deliver secure, efficient solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and have 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET, Razor Pages, MVC, Angular, and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• The role requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience building solutions with the .NET development stack.
• Experience with Razor Pages, MVC, Angular, Material Design, and jQuery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust solutions using the Microsoft .NET Development Stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into clear and efficient solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Microsoft .NET applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest updates to the development stack.
• Be a participant and a leader in making decisions for enhancing or improving the development stack as part of our culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure, adhering to best practices and company standards.
• Report progress and assess continuous improvement opportunities for the Product Team.
