Baker Donelson is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join our IT team. You will design and build robust solutions using the .NET stack, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor colleagues to continuously improve processes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in .NET development, experience with Razor Pages/MVC/Angular, and strong communication. This on-site role offers growth within our Information Technology department and a focus on scalable, secure software delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust solutions using the Microsoft .NET Development Stack.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into clear and efficient solutions.
Maintain and enhance existing Microsoft .NET applications to meet evolving business needs.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest updates to the development stack.
Lead and participate in decisions to improve the development stack as part of a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure, adhering to best practices and company standards.
Report progress and assess continuous improvement opportunities for the Product Team.
