Job summary

Baker Donelson is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join our IT team in a dynamic, agile environment. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality Microsoft stack solutions and serving as a Trusted Advisor to internal clients.

The candidate will design and maintain .NET applications, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead development improvements while staying current with evolving technologies. Travel and office presence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with the Microsoft .NET development stack.
• Experience with frontend stack: Razor Pages, MVC, Angular, Material Design, and jQuery.
• Experience with backend stack: .NET 8/9, EF, MediatR, FastEndpoints, Azure SQL, Azure App Services, Graph, Docker, Dev Containers.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI pipelines, and IaC (Bicep).
• Experience with messaging stacks such as NServiceBus, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using the Microsoft .NET stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into solutions.
• Maintain and enhance .NET applications to meet needs.
• Guide and mentor junior team members; foster continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with latest development stack updates.
• Lead changes to improve the development stack and culture.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions; adhere to standards.
• Report progress and identify opportunities for Product Team improvement.
