Job summary

Onset is seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to support the Texas HHSC. You will design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise apps and reporting solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.

Expect extensive work with .NET Core, C#, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, and Azure cloud services in an Agile team. Responsibilities include building APIs, optimizing databases, performing data migrations, and delivering secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of full stack development with .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• 11+ years of SQL Server experience including data modeling and query optimization
• 11+ years of Oracle experience including legacy data migration
• 11+ years of Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and data transformations
• 11+ years of Azure cloud services for hosting, storage, deployment, and security
• 11+ years of transforming legacy apps to modern web-based solutions
• 11+ years of working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools
• Strong troubleshooting, production support, and enterprise app development skills
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508)
• Excellent analytical and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise apps using .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services with .NET Core
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases and performance tuning
• Migrate legacy Oracle data to SQL Server environments
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Build cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure including deployment and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack
• Perform unit, integration, and system testing; support regression testing
• Transform legacy apps into modern web-based enterprise solutions
• Ensure accessibility, security, and data integrity across solutions
