JASINT Consulting and Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Microsoft Application Developer to design, develop, and deploy a .NET console app that syncs EPA RCRAInfo data with our ETS system. The role emphasizes secure authentication, reliable scheduling, and comprehensive logging.

The ideal candidate will implement RESTful integrations, data transformation, and upsert strategies while ensuring high reliability, logging, and error handling across SQL Server/Oracle backends.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional development with .NET Core / .NET 6 / .NET 8 and C#.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP verbs, and async programming.
• Expert handling of JSON with System.Text.Json or Newtonsoft.Json.
• Strong SQL Server or Oracle skills with upserts and ORMs like EF Core or Dapper.
• GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and Postman for API testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop a .NET Core / .NET 8 console app to automate EPA RCRAInfo data sync with ETS.
• Secure token management for EPA API authorization (OAuth2).
• Parse/mapping of complex JSON/XML payloads to destination data objects.
• Upsert data into ETS database with attention to integrity and locks.
• Implement logging, error handling, and alerting (Serilog/NLog, Polly).
