Job summary

JASINT Consulting and Technologies, LLC in Baltimore, MD seeks a Senior Full-Stack Microsoft Application Developer to design, develop, and deploy a .NET 8 console app that automates data synchronization with EPA RCRAInfo REST APIs. You will build secure token-based authentication, handle large JSON/XML payloads, and ensure reliable job scheduling with comprehensive logging and robust error handling.

Experience with RESTful APIs, EF Core or Dapper, and SQL Server / Oracle is required for success

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of .NET Core / .NET 6 / .NET 8 development experience.
• RESTful APIs, async/await, and OAuth2 authentication experience.
• Strong SQL Server or Oracle skills and EF Core or Dapper.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy a .NET 8 console app to automate EPA data synchronization.
• Handle secure RESTful services, large JSON/XML payloads, and token-based authentication.
• Upsert data into ETS using SQL Server/Oracle and internal APIs.
• Implement logging, error handling, retries (Polly), and scheduling for reliability.
• Collaborate on architecture with integration teams and maintain documentation.
