Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with multiple programming languages (C#, C++).
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, DX1).
• Proficiency with databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Build, maintain, and improve tools that help internal teams work more effectively.
• Collaborate with multiple collaborators, each with their own priorities, in a dynamic environment.
• Participate in and lead code reviews to support consistent engineering standards.
