The role emphasizes building scalable services, APIs, and reliable systems for the financial ecosystem. You will collaborate with engineers and business partners, mentor peers, and contribute to automated testing and CI/CD processes while aligning with risk and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and the .NET stack.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL and Git.
• Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software applications and services using C# and the .NET platform.
• Serve as a technical resource on software development projects, guiding design and engineering best practices.
• Drive the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production support.
• Develop and maintain APIs and application components using modern .NET practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
• Design solutions for maintainability, scalability, reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to maintain code quality and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support existing applications while building new capabilities based on business needs.
• Evaluate technologies and practices for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers and product partners to refine requirements and estimate work.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Software Engineers.
