Job summary

NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services seeks a Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level .NET applications. You will oversee the application lifecycle, including development, maintenance, and performance optimization, and implement enhancements for reliability.

You will work under IT leadership to support back-end development, integration, and scalable infrastructure, troubleshooting issues and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field with 4+ years of full-time IT infra experience.
• Alternative: 8 years of related experience in datacenter/cloud engineering can substitute degree.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver high-quality .NET solutions.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level .NET applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize integration across APIs and data sources.
• Provide technical documentation and system roadmaps.
• Participate in deployment, provisioning, and project planning.
