You will lead migration efforts and work with government stakeholders to implement new systems and improvements, collaborating with product teams and contractors to advance Nava's mission.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, documentation, code reviews, and ongoing engagement in hiring and technology modernization efforts for public-sector projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in C#/.NET with RESTful API and microservice design.
• Deployment and operation of apps in Microsoft Azure.
• Track record on large-scale applications and systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, performance, and security.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong collaboration with product managers, designers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed engineering team to design, review, and build software.
• Collaborate with government partners and contractors to architect and deploy systems.
• Work in an agile environment to ship new features meeting user needs.
• Create tools and processes to automate development and production workflows.
• Write and review technical documentation and perform code reviews.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems.
• Assist in hiring activities such as referrals and interviews.
