Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs. You will build data-driven platforms, integrate internal and external systems, and drive DevOps practices with CI/CD pipelines.

You will deploy in Docker/Kubernetes environments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions to improve reliability and performance across complex enterprise services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to six years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
• Build and support data-driven platforms for secure, reliable, and high-performance business operations.
• Develop and optimize API integrations between internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Deploy and support applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to improve system stability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering standards.
