Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building scalable applications, backend services, and APIs with .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
• Experience designing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and maintainability.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to build and release pipelines.
• Experience monitoring Azure logs and configuring alerts.
• Experience supporting production deployments and troubleshooting release issues.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable application components using .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
• Develop backend services and APIs for complex workflows and data processing.
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for build, deployment, and release activities.
• Participate in production release activities and troubleshoot release issues.
• Monitor Azure logs, manage alerts, and configure new alerts as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on absence management and insurance project features.
• Mentor engineers on .NET development practices and promote best practices.
