Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced software engineering professional to join a growing team focused on building modern, scalable applications. The role emphasizes shaping a new engineering organization, influencing architecture, and leveraging cloud and AI technologies.

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in an agile environment. Strong .NET, AI, and full-stack capabilities are required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building scalable and modular applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Full stack development with Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools for code generation, review, testing, and refactoring.
• Strong OOP and design patterns knowledge.
• EF Core, data modeling, migrations, LINQ, performance optimization.
• Advanced SQL Server skills including scripting and query tuning.
• Azure Functions or serverless tech experience.
• Responsive UI with Bootstrap or similar.
• Git, CI/CD, and collaborative workflows.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering complex software.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, and vector DBs.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and automation.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and AI/ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET Core.
• Build modern web apps with Blazor Server/WebAssembly.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and efficiency.
• Model data schemas and optimize performance with EF Core and SQL Server.
• Develop serverless apps using Azure Functions.
• Create responsive UIs with Bootstrap.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in Agile teams.
• Design and support AI-enabled apps and workflows.
• Implement AI-enhanced SDLC practices.
• Develop automated testing frameworks for UI, API, and database with Playwright.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, CI/CD, and testing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot performance, testing, and automation framework issues.
