Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on complex projects, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• 7+ years using multiple technologies and frameworks.
• 7+ years hands-on full-stack development with .NET/C# for web services/web apps.
• 4+ years in an Integrated Eligibility System program in Health/Human Services context.
• Strong ability translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in testing and validating applications.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into enterprise solutions.
• Develop and test applications per requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with leads/architects to realize designs.
• Develop full-stack apps using modern OO languages/frameworks.
• Build reusable code, libraries, and services.
• Maintain web services, databases, and apps.
