Job summary

DANE LLC is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Washington, DC, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

You will be responsible for developing and reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality solutions across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development.
• 3+ years with Microsoft .NET including ASP.NET and .NET Core.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying web apps and services.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET web applications and services using ASP.NET and .NET Core.
• Analyze requirements and develop software solutions that meet project objectives.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following established standards.
• Review, debug, and troubleshoot application issues to resolve defects and performance problems.
• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, developers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and standards compliance.
• Develop and execute unit tests and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and releases across environments.
• Monitor performance and implement enhancements for reliability and UX.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Ensure security and performance best practices.
