Job summary

ZealHire Inc. in Albany, NY seeks an experienced .NET Developer to support the CNET and REMS refactoring initiative. You will design, develop, and support enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, .NET Core, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and related technologies.

The role requires strong production support, mentoring, and HIPAA experience, plus familiarity with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards and AHIP concerns.

Qualifications

• Expert-level development with MS Visual Studio and n-tier apps.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core and OO design.
• Proven SQL/Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
• Front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery.
• Experience with HIPAA/PHI data handling and WCAG 2.0 accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Design and develop enterprise web apps using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, .NET Core.
• Develop front-end functionality with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
• Maintain Oracle DB objects and perform data migrations as needed.
• Troubleshoot business rules, reporting, and production incidents.
• Mentor developers and manage source control with Azure DevOps, GitLab, or TFS.
• Prepare technical docs and ensure WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
