Qualifications

• 3+ years with .NET Core MVC.
• 2+ years with responsive UI following WCAG 2.0.
• 5+ years with SOA, WCF, SOAP/REST APIs.
• 5+ years with Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• 3+ years handling PHI data under HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Lead developer for multiple applications, including Security Application Rewrite.
• Collaborate across teams to design and implement features using .NET Core, C#, and PL/SQL.
• Ensure code quality, security, and accessibility requirements are met.
