Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Technical Manager to lead design, development, and modernization of enterprise apps using .NET, Azure, and Angular. You will work with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.

You will set architecture standards, mentor teams, conduct reviews, and drive cloud transformation across projects in a hybrid Washington, DC setting with three onsite days.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing enterprise apps with .NET technologies.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud services and solution architecture.
• Expertise in Angular and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable, secure enterprise apps.
• Lead technical initiatives and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale applications using .NET, Azure, and Angular technologies.
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Drive cloud transformation initiatives and modernization of legacy applications to Microsoft Azure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Design and implement APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and code reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
