Job summary

Govserviceshub is seeking a Programmer Analyst 6 to support Michigan's Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). This contract role involves development, maintenance, and support across multiple MDHHS applications.

You will work as a developer/analyst in a sprint team, delivering secure, scalable solutions while adhering to SDLC and testing practices. Strong REST, SQL, and C#/.NET experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of .NET Core 3.1+ and C# development experience.
• 5+ years of REST/web API development.
• 5+ years of SQL development with complex queries.
• 3+ years of building code for file uploads from web.
• 5+ years of Agile/SCRUM and sprint teamwork.
• 5+ years of Git usage in a team.
• 5+ years of unit and regression testing.
• 5+ years of secure website development practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support MDHHS applications in a contracted DTMB environment.
• Collaborate in Agile/SCRUM team to deliver features.
• Develop and test REST APIs, and manage data layer with SQL.
